I like the adjustability, and build quality.
This adjustable Tib bar from the AmStaff Fitness Store on Amazon has adjustability which is great, and absolutely necessary, if you have feet and ankles outside the normal range, such as mine. The tib bar arrived in a box with identifying drawings on the outside. Inside the pieces were well wrapped separately. The assembly was easy, especially with the enclosed drawing, and parts list. The parts are well made, with excellent welds. It would have been nice it there were drawings with usage instructions for those who haven't used a tib bar before, but there are many videos on YouTube to help you out. In order to adjust the bar, you loosen the knob about a turn (no need to remove it), and then pull on it so the pin retracts, and the bar can be raised and lowered as needed. Once the pin finds the hole you are looking for, tighten the knob and everything becomes nice and solid. The drawing and parts list also included a list of safety tips. All written in decent English, none of that Engrish nonsense, and some tips were written in a slightly humorous way. Not enough to get a feel for their corporate culture, but enough to amuse. There were also totally blank pages that could have been used to suggest workouts for the tib bar, or promote their other products, but unfortunately, no. It's a five-star piece of goods, I could find no downside at all.

Small but Mighty
Wow! It works the muscles. I have yet to buy any weights to put on this gadget. I sit in a chair with my legs extended and flex my ankles. With the use of the TIB bar I can feel the muscle down the length of my shin tighten and flex. I have started to use this more as I am working on building up this muscle for Flowriding.

Quality Bar
This is a quality bar. I don't have free weight to use with it so I had to jerry rig it a bit and use ankle weights. Still works for my needs.

High Quality
This is a quality tib bar that is also very easy to assemble and adjust. It is heavy duty and it looks great as well. Absolutely love it!

Solid Tib Bar with Unique AdjustabilityβBut Not Essential for Everyone
Things I Like: The adjustable feature on this Tib Bar sets it apart. Unlike most tib bars on the market, this one allows for custom fit, which can be helpful if you need more precise resistance settings. The pop-pin adjustment knob feels rock solid once locked in, with no movement or playβa critical point for stability on a device like this. Assembly took just a couple of minutes and didnβt even require instructions, which is always a plus. It also includes a locking collar for weight security. Things I Dislike: Iβm not convinced the adjustability will matter much for most users. My foot (mens shoe size 10.5) fits comfortably at the smallest setting, and I imagine it would suit others with larger feet up to a few sizes bigger. The foam rollers arenβt the highest quality, and one came dented (hoping it will correct itself over time). Thereβs also a minor bit of movement on the roller bar, though it hasnβt impacted the performance so far. Value vs. Price: This tib bar is at the higher end of the price range for similar equipment, and youβre mainly paying for the adjustability feature. If that aspect matters for your needs, itβs a great pick, as the build quality feels durable and reliable. For straightforward use, there are similar non-adjustable options at a slightly lower price point that might also do the trick.

Versatile, but cheap
I like this tib bar for the versatility in movements that are possible with it. I mostly use it for leg extensions. The primary function for tin curls works well too. Itβs just that the build quality isnβt quite there for me. The pads slide around and need Constance adjustment in between uses and thereβs just too much play. I like that it includes a barbell collar though. Not bad if youβre looking for a leg extension solution for your home gym but there might be better out there.

It's well built
Some of the others I looked at have multiple parts on the main structure that holds the weight. This is all one piece and very sturdy with weight on it. I wasn't sure how strong the padded bar would be, with only the padding holding it together. It's held together fine though. The double locking adjustment screw is a bit overkill, but nice. You screw it down to lock it, but also pull back on the knob to undo the pin in the screw. You know it's not coming loose! The locking collar holds well, with no weight movement. It works & is a good addition to leg day.

Adjustable, But Does it Need to Be?
This is not my first Tib Bar, But I was intrigued by the adjustable capability of the Amstaff Adjustable Tib Bar. It is made quite well. It is packaged very neatly and comes with instructions to assemble. Putting the Tib Bar together took 5 minutes. The padding is thick and it comes with a plastic plate locking clip that works quite well. Here is the reason for removing a star: In order to adjust the Tib Bar, you have to unscrew the locking pin and pull it. The locking pin has a 2 method removal process. You must first unscrew it out of the hole, and then pull the knob out. The knob has a spring action. I don't understand why there needs to be both mechanisms. So, adjusting it is a 2-fold action: unscrewing and pull out spring locking knob. Then, you slide the adjusting tube (which has multiple holes for the pin to slide into and lock). Then, screw back tightly. There really is no need for the spring mechanism in the knob. Furthermore, I thought "how often will you need to adjust this?" Unless, it is being used by multiple people with varying foot sizes, this Tib Bar, really doesn't need to be adjusted if its being used by one person? Overall, it is well made and if used correctly, it is very effective at strengthening the outer front lower leg muscles (tibialis).

Well made and adjustable. The weight collar grabs the bar well

This is a really solid piece of equipment. It's not super heavy, but the metal pieces are very sturdy and the whole thing just fits together securely. I was able to assemble it pretty quickly, though I had to refer to pictures a couple of times to make sure I was putting the pieces on correctly. The cuff was a bit hard to close, but once I got it closed the first time it became a little easier. I was disappointed to discover that my own weights cannot be used with this tib bar, as the holes aren't big enough (need 2 inches, mine are 1 inch). So I can't really use it to its full potential until I get new plates. I wish that was stated clearly in the ad, which only says, "Suitable for Standard and Olympic Weights", which probably means something to some people, but not to me. The oft-referred-to assembly instructions are non-existent, or at least there weren't any in my box. And the QR code for the warranty doesn't work. I think it would have been good to give customers a sheet of suggested exercises with the tib bar. I would have to look them up on the internet to see what I'm supposed to do. Overall, I think this tib bar will be useful to those who have a home gym setup with 2" hole plates. The equipment itself seems very good quality.

VINE REVIEWS - I like this Tib bar accessory for my legs exercise. You will require 2" plates with this bar and you can adjust the weight as you require. I tried with lighter plates as I wanted to develop the habit of exercising first. This extension helps with getting into the rhythm of exercising faster as once you see the developing muscles in your Tibialis Anterior, you get motivation and like to do more. The build quality is excellent and it is very solid. You may need to wear socks and shoes before using these as your back feet (lower leg) are sitting against back support and the top part of feet is pressed against the top support. Although there is thicker cushion on the top part and thinner material on the back support, still they will hurt your feet and back lower leg if this accessory is not used in correct way. And more weight you add, harder it will get.

[PROS] π βItβs well built and made of durable materials βItβs easy to assemble βItβs great for working out your calves and ankles [CONS] π β The instructions provided were not well presented and did not have any directions on how to safely use this exercise product but the bar was still pretty simple to set up. [PRODUCT EXPERIENCE] β β β β β The Amstaff Fitness Adjustable Tib Bar is currently priced as $54.99 at the time of this review. This is a well built gym equipment that is made of solid, heavy and durable metal. The bar comes in multiple pieces that need to be assembled however itβs easy to put together as you simply slide and lock each piece into place. Getting weights on and off and adjusting the fit is also pretty easy. The foam padding feels comfortable. This is definitely a great addition to your home gym workout for your calves and ankles

It's sturdy, have a nice heft to it and does exactly what its supposed to. It's obviously adjustable and if you exclude the collar, works exactly as intended. Maybe I had a defective collar, but I found it to be flimsy and not great enough to hold higher weights.
