I decided to try this chinese herb after reading about its rejuvenating effects (who doesn't want to reverse the onset of gray hair?), and I chose to buy it from this supplier as I had a good experience purchasing from them before: they offer high quality supplements at a good price.I have consumed the Fo Ti only a few times so far as I found its effects to be extremely strong. I followed the serving suggestion included on the packaging and the effect was if I had consumed a quadruple espresso: highly energized followed approximately 6 hours later by a feeling of burn-out.I suggest starting with a smaller dose than the provider indicates and working your way upward.

I read somewhere that Fo-Ti helps with hair growth. It does. And pretty quickly too. I'm not sure if it would do as well if your balding, but if your is just thinning, you might want to check this stuff out. Do check Fo-Ti out as far as it's interactions with prescription medication first. Also be aware that some think it may not be good for your liver. I don't do that much so I don't worry about that too much. But do your research first.

I purchased a different brand last year and had noticeable improvement in my hair thickness. No more split ends. The Bulk Supplements product is a much better value, and so far seems just as good as the more expensive product. Highly recommended.
