Really good toothpaste has improved my teeth from gum disease

This is great toothpaste. But, you get an unpleasant, salty aftertaste in your mouth.

Had this toothpaste before and decided to grab some again after noticing a bit of sensitivity and some minor gum recession from overbrushing after a routine checkup. This toothpaste has a minty taste but it's also quite strong, and the texture is almost sandy. Coupled with an electric toothbrush and it really feels like you've had a proper clean without having to spend ages going over the same areas. Would highly recommend giving it a go - the taste is different to your average toothpaste but it definitely feels like your teeth are properly clean after use!

Dental hygienist recommended this after a full mouth clean. Said to share it week on week off with a normal toothpaste. I have ever since. When I returned for my follow up there was no plaque and nothing wrong with my gums. It’s a little more expensive to buy but you save on not paying your hygienist and no more gum problems. I calm that a win.

Not sure how good this actually does to your gums, but it gets my teeth clean
