I am an aquarium enthusiast and was very excited for this purchase. It is not cheap. I purchased the item and spent hours plumbing into my sump and It leaks. both laser precision cut design for the O-ring, but obviously from the picture it was damaged either in manufacturing or shipping because of this cracked misshapen edge. The O-ring does not seat right and the lid leaks no matter what I do there is no option on Amazon to get a return replacement and I reached out to batch email and have gotten no response, I am incredibly unhappy, not to mention the package arrived and the packaging was very sloppy. I’m incredibly disappointed because I had seen and heard so many good things from this company, but I have never been so let down. I am stuck with an expensive Piece of junk.
