I've tried at least 15 other brands over the years, this is the one I buy. The taste, consistency and texture are outstanding. I use it in my hummus, drizzle on my salad along with fresh lemon juice or combine with a dash of soy sauce for vegetables. This is my favorite, I could drink it with a straw.

Creamy,smooth,delicious tahini for hummus,salad dressing-anything! A very good value and essential for authentic recipes calling for tahini. Don't buy that rock hard stuff in a can. This pours after stirring (which is easy), is lovely,and versatile to cook with.
