Like most other performance supplements you take this before working out. If you workout 5 days a week you get about 12 weeks of product, which for the price is quite affordable. On their website they go into depth on there cGMP compliant manufacturing and how they test at every step and not just random batches, but every batch that arrives in the warehouse. They do have an independent lab do their audits so while they don’t list the sourcing of the materials, they do testing above what is required. The tablets are of very high quality and when you open the bottle you really do feel as if you can have confidence in this product. I work out about 3 days a week so this will last me 20 weeks, which is a tremendous value.

The efficacy of the product is actually good. I got a pretty decent pump that lasted throughout my workout (about an hour and a half). I would give the product 4 stars if that was the only criteria. However, this product is the absolute worst when it comes to the tableting. Almost half of the tablets suffered disintegration during shipping. This means swallowing three tablets (one serving size) isn't really delivering the full dosage. Additionally the pills are relatively large and chalky, so they are extremely difficult to swallow. I have been taking supplements for nearly 35 years and have swallowed thousands of pills...I find these the most difficult in all my experiences. The coating is terrible and the pill edges are sharp, so I either feel each pill getting stuck or scraping my throat. I consume multiple supplements a day and swallow many pills at a time; I tried that with these tablets ONCE, almost choked to death. I cannot recommend this product...it is borderline hazardous. I will carefully continue to use the product until it runs out. I am considering pulverizing the pills and mixing them with my creatine powder each time. EFX needs to address the tableting issue or offer a powdered form.

Very dangerous to sell pharmaceutical stuff not well closed and sealed. Also, looks like it’s been expired.

This supplement is a pure form of the amino acid L-Arginine bound to Alpha-Ketoglutarate which is said to provide maximum absorption. These tablets are easy to swallow with no after taste. On the product they report that this product is manufactured by them. On their website they say that their facility is cGMP certified and has been lab tested. It would be better if this is stated on the bottle. EFX Sports has several highly rated supplements so these should be good as well.
