Unpacking it took some time, but it was worth it. Beautiful Scooter.

Warning!!Dont buy this Scooter!!
DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER!!! Why you ask. They installed an automatic braking system. The idea behind this feature is you can allow the machine to brake automatically by slowing down with the use of the speed controller. HOWEVER, what happens is the braking system brakes RIGHT THEN! No control of gliding to a stop. It abruptly breaks. Then you are short of your target. So you rotate the speed controller to go forward but instead of going with a slow lunge forward it goes FULL THROTTLE! Putting you in danger very fast. If the scooter didn’t have that breaking system it would be a good machine. Buy this at your own risk. If you do remember my warning. I advised Vevor with no dialogue back to me

Great scooter
Great mobility scooter. Very fast in high gear. It took a little time and muscle to unpack it. But was very happy with the scooter.

Nice scooter for its price range
This was to replace a high end scooter that had a long, rough life. Being disabled, this was is my only outlet to our production garden. Let me say this scooter is fast....very, very fast. I could have a lot of fun with this in the city or an urban park. However, it still manages the uneven terrain of our farm like a champ. Where it does fall short (for my needs) is that is has a very large turning radius, making it very hard if not impossible in tight spaces such as garden beds. Other than that, fun machine.

Defective throttle plug socket.
After about two months the operation of the scooter the became very sporadic. Following a long drawn out on-line troubleshooting process with the Vevor support people the problem was determined to be a defective throttle plug socket. The problem was resolved by securing the two ends together with a tie wrap.

Flip over when crossing the street
The scooter have 60 to 70% of flipping over to the side. when when crossing the street using the cross walk or when the side walk is uneven

Watch out VEVOR MAY BE A SCAM
Do not expect support1) did not arrive on time suppose to be arrived on the 1/8 waited12 hours 8 am to 8pm no show Amazon was no help ceva was worthless full of excuses about they did not pick up until the 10th but appoint was the 8th for drop off2) next issue dropped off put together no go spent time on internet to call to get support phone number nothing to call vevor have to use a chat system will get back to you in 24 hours in a email3 call Amazon they can not give any phone number or help4 personally I think VEVOR IS A SCAM BUYER BE WARNEDI WILL BE CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD TO RETURN MONEY TO THEM AND WILL BE RETURNING THIS WORTHLESS UNITNo

the frist one did not ship..was reimbursed but ilost a lot of time..
I have to say wow!! My scooter arrived in good shape. the carton was torn up but there was no damage to the scooter.As for the scooter its self it was a work of art!! seems to work as it should. took an hour to get it out of the metal cage it was shipped in, there were tools to do that. once I found them.. Needed a little better instruction book but we figured it out.
