Heading to totality with the family and bought these for viewing the progression. I tried them out on full sun and they seem to work. I like that they include a filter for taking pictures as well. The filter is large enough that it could even be used on our DSLR camera. There are a couple sets of creases that can be used for different size heads. They seem to work. The view through them is like looking through welding glasses.

I got these for my son's classroom as they were all excited to see the eclipse that comes every once in a 'blue' moon. Lol! Seriously, these are a great value. You get so many in a pack and the quality is great!
