I tried this as a recommendation from a friend and it has been 2 1/2 weeks and I’ve noticed that for me, it reduces inflammation. I put a teaspoon in my coffee or will mix it with Tumeric and Ginger powder in tea. The taste is good, it came well-sealed and wrapped. It is a bit on the expensive side, but it is a hard to find item. I will reorder.

The consistency, smoothness, and taste of this honey is great. I started using it on a dark spot on my face to see if it will lighten any. Just got it a couple of weeks ago so not sure about that. I read it's very good for skin spots and other skin issues.

This is the best tasting Kanuka honey! I purchased for it's taste and many medicinal qualities. Others do not compare to the taste of this brand.

Good honey. It is similar to manuka honey, but is a little lighter. The health benefits are not known because needs more research to be done.

The label does not say, but I believe this honey has been creamed. It has that opaque appearance and slightly creamy but slightly crystallized texture. It is a very tasty honey with a mild flavor slightly Floral in the aftertaste. I think it's trying to market to the Manuka honey buyers, saying that it is a cousin of that product. There's lots of information online and you can judge for yourself whether you think this might be a comparable product or not. For me I'm just using it for the flavor, it is a tasty honey, but overpriced since it is not MGO or UF regulated.
