A Great Leather Cleaner
I don't understand the subpar reviews this cleaner has gotten. It works great, using either a cloth or a cleaning brush, it gets into suede and pools nicely so you can use a brush to clean the leather. After brushing, the liquid is still at the surface along with the dirt, so you just use a paper towel or cloth to wipe and soak up the dirty liquid. It leaves the leather in a conditioned state and when it's dried off, the leather is supple. I've been using Otter Wax leather cleaner for years and my leather shoes and wallet have been cleaned and protected with this brand.

Worked well on nubuck
My husband sloshed some unknown greasy substance on his nubuck Vans. I followed the instructions on the bottle, which involved spraying the nubuck until wet, brushing, and wiping with a soft cloth. You are supposed to use a "horse hair brush" to brush the wet surface, which I didn't have (and isn't included with the spray), so I used one of the hub's clean beard brushes (hey, he was the one that stained the shoes but I ended up cleaning them... so I felt justified). I let the shoes dry and brushed the nubuck again to restore the texture. Worked great! Stains were gone. Note that you will want to do all leather areas on both shoes, as this stuff does very slightly alter the color. I did both shoes and they came out looking nice and clean, like new. This stuff was way cheaper than other suede cleaning products, and even smelled nice for the win.

Trigger design when?
Use this to clean a leather jacket of mine. It works great, but the push down dispenser was rough on the hands. It left the tip of my index finger numbed for dayssss. I was so scared it was going to be permanent. Solutions that needs to be dispensed over large areas should be more ergonomically designed. Perhaps with a trigger instead of a pump? Hope they implement this design in the future.

WOWWWWWWW
I was desperate to find a cleaner for my now 6 year old Ugg Bailey Bows and this is it!!!! So easy to use. Literally spray the boot, wipe with a clean cloth (I used microfiber) and voila-like new on the outside. I love these boots and one has a small tear in the toe area but negligible and still wear these almost everyday in the winter. I can't wait to try this stuff on more items as I'm sold-def had me at hello!!!!!

Removed a stain on suede boots!
Good job! I was afraid the would not be able to be removed. The shade boot was stained and I didn’t realize it for a while. It took a couple of times but its gone.

Leaves stains.
Here I thought that spending a little more money on a shoe cleaning product would 'make the difference'. How wrong I was. Before using, I read the instructions AND went on YouTube to see how others would do it. But the result is not at all as described:- instead of cleaning, it actually highlights stains, and even leaves bigger ones on the leather (nubuck in my case).- instructions say the shoe should be 'wet' to make sure there's no difference in how it's applied. For this to actually happen, you need to use a lot of the product. For one pair of loafers, I had to use 20% of the liquid. This is crazy given the price and the very small quantity in the bottle.- the dye comes off after using this product. This didn't happen on the day of application, but a couple of days after I waited for it to dry. My hands were all brown when handling the shoes, and it never happened to me with any other similar cleaning product.Bottomline: I won't buy again.

Is somewhat ok
I have been using this product for a while. Does a good job cleaning however I'm not satisfied with the lasting of the treatment. The product should condition the soft swade and that's the part that remains questionable.

Amazing Product
I have had a pair of light beige UGGS for 19 years. I never bought a suede cleaning product ,so I just used white vinegar recently , on the many stains these had. Using vinegar got rid of some of the stains but there were a bunch of small, dark, dots on the front foot area, on both boots. I bought the Otter Wax Suede and Nubuck cleaner to address the issue. I went to the Otter website and used the product exactly as they recommend. I put the boots on some newspaper and stuffed newspaper in both of them . I then cleaned each boot , one at a time. I sprayed the first boot lightly, all over, until it looked somewhat moist, not drenched. I then used the suede brush gently, (pictured under "commonly bought together"). I then wiped down the boot with a microfiber towel. The boots did not darken, at all, and the dark dots are gone.
