Excellent Portable Power Pack
This portable power pack is easily capable of charging three mobile devices...SIMULTANEOUSLY! It’s an essential tool for those who travel often, providing a reliable source of revitalizing energy to replenish depleted batteries in phones, tablets, watches, cameras, and more! It’s a little on the heavy side, but that’s expected given its 20,000mah power capacity. However, it’s still compact enough to throw into a back pack, messenger bag, suitcase, tool bag, or glove compartment. In an emergency situation, it becomes an invaluable investment, providing a dependable power source for up to five days. If you’re considering purchasing a portable power pack, this is a well made unit with an attractive aircraft aluminum casing. Not all portable power packs are created equal. Don’t buy one of those smaller, “trendy” models that can only provide enough power for one or two charges - this is the real deal! That being said, I definitely recommend this item. Buy it now! You won’t regret it. Unfortunately, portable power packs don’t typically come with a storage case. I’ve included a photo of this model inside of a Hermitshell universal hard case (purchased on Amazon) to demonstrate portability and storage. Hermitshell is my go-to manufacturer for specialty case fabrications - Amazon offers similar, comparable cases at competitive prices as well.

Best Powerbank Money Can Buy
I invest more money on power banks because reliability is of utmost importance when traveling abroad. Mophie and Crave have consistently performed exceptionally well. The materials, construction, capacity, QC and usb type-c port make it my go-to choice for a pro-grade powerbank. I can charge the powerbank via the usb type-c port and use the same port to charge my iPhones which is convenient. Usb type-c ports are much sturdier and reliable than type-A ports. I purchased the Plus Pro 20,000 mAh for a photography trip to the UK (London, Bath, Eastbourne, Seaford, Seven Sisters) and it served it’s purpose of keeping my iPhones charged for three days at a time. I also purchased the 10,000 mAh powerbank and both still work as expected after 4 years.

Outstanding build quality and superb customer support.
I have experience with several batteries for my cellphones and also for my Sony cameras but always wanted something that will give me the flexibity for me to work completely out of the office on my iPad and finally I found it. I have been using this portable battery bank for few weeks and I am impress with the build quality of the product. I am all the time in the GO working and now I am working out of my iPad Pro on location and this product is pushing my working time on the fuel well over what I was expecting. The battery charge quick and five hours of work using 3 devices with it. I am charging a wireless router to connect to a external drive, my IPad Pro 2.0 and my iPhone plus allwoeking for hours from this device. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and durable super power bank for all of their devices.

Poor quality product and non-existent service
We purchased this product in April of 2002 for the primary purpose of charging a Dell XPS, while traveling, and secondarily to charge cell phones and tablets when traveling. Initially, the battery easily charged and provided good power and charging for the above devices. In the past month, there has been difficulty getting past one light for charging the battery pack and when used, it would not charge a cell phone or tablet and rapidly went to zero lights. Two weeks ago, it stopped being able to be charged completely despite using multiple charging methods including the USB C and USB A ports. We contacted Crave through their website and then received confirmation of our request for repair, return, or reimbursement. The questions asked by their customer service over 10 days never addressed how to solve the problem and the questions presented to us by email did not show any understanding of what we were trying to ask. We made multiple responses and sent multiple emails and in the past week, their responses have indicated that our emails had no content and also had a ?. In looking further at the internet, Crave, which is listed in Wasilla, AK, is presented as a permanently closed business. We use battery packs of different capacities in devices that we build and use for computer, phone, and tablet charging and have used Anker products without difficulty for many years. The cost of the Crave battery pack was $99 including tax. Based on our evaluation of the device and the company practices, if the company still exists, and also other reviews here, this is a problematic battery pack that does not warrant purchase.

QC3x2 + PD is a perfect trio!
I was looking to replace an aging battery pack. I travel overseas often and in many remote areas power (reliable, at least) can be hard to come by. The Crave Plus Pro was a new product to me, but I'm glad to have found it. The build quality is superb, having TWO QC3 ports AND a PD port is a traveler's dream come true. Even on airlines now, I don't bother looking for the AC outlet. I simply plug my devices into my Plus Pro and have more than enough power for trans-Atlantic flights. The LED charge indicator lights could be dimmer, but that's the only con I can think of! Overall, a really great product and a better value than many competitors products (many of which start with the letter 'A').

The 20v usb c to barrel plug actually does work with this product.
So glad I found a battery that has compatibility with usb c to barrel plug, So far the capacity seems to be pretty good. The design is great, Only time will tell on the reliability end. Some advice I would give is put more into information, it's hard to tell the difference between cheap power banks. I'm not sure what you could do to stand out more, though. I shouldn't have been so surprised with the good quality is what I mean. As far as the battery goes, I haven't used it enough to recommend over anker unless somebody needs the 20v barrel plug in which case this seems like the best option. If this battery lasts at least a year then I will easily recommend it. As of right now, it works exactly as advertised. Maybe next generation use two usb type c ports and one usb a. If I could have my way, I wouldn't have any usb a ports at all but that is unrealistic at this time for most people.

Too long to charge, yet not long lasting
After using this battery bank for a while, I've noticed a couple of drawbacks. Firstly, it takes quite a long time to charge fully, which can be inconvenient when you're on the go and need a quick recharge. Additionally, while it initially seemed to have a decent capacity, I've found that it doesn't last as long as expected when charging devices. It's a decent option for occasional use, but if you rely heavily on a battery bank, you may want to look for one with faster charging and longer-lasting power.
