I loved this neck pillow! I have never had a good experience with any of the many pillows I have tried in the past. This one is a game changer! It is very comfortable, doesn't push my neck forward, isn't too tight around my neck/throat, compactable, easy to inflate, super soft, and has a hood! My ONLY thing was that it did deflate a tinyyyyy bit during my long flight, but nothing a small breathe of air didn't immediately fix. Highly recommend this product!

The product was just as advertised; a quality product! It’s very functional and inflates/deflates easily. It’s not bulky and easily stores in the pouch—will be a breeze to travel with. I cannot wait to use it on my upcoming trip. My first shipment was missing the earplugs and case, but an email to customer service was promptly answered and a replacement was immediately shipped. True customer service, the way it’s supposed to be! Highly recommend the product and the company.

Comfortable but a little cumbersome. Also, when completely deflated it was bigger than i would have liked. The pocket doesn't exactly work for keeping things in. The hood worked, but I found it worked better when I disattached it and draped it over my eyes where I needed it. An additional way to use it is rolled up with just a tiny bit of air behind the back of your neck. Well made. Ease of inflation/deflation 100%!!! And that ease and the comfort are why I'll keep using it.

I haven't tried it on an airplane yet - but it feels extremely supportive, especially on the sides. It doesn't give much chin support if you want to sleep leaning forwards with a regular or backwards position, but you can rotate it for a little better support. Also, the hood that comes with it is nice to block light, and a little bit of wind/ac. I like that it deflates for easy packing when not in use. They also wrapped it in a velvet feeling material, which makes it feel a little more cozy.

Love the portability, but we just don’t love to use them. They’re hot, and a bit awkward. I think we should have stuck with the basic memory foam things. Be sure to adjust air pressure to get some comfort.

Took this to Europe with me. I liked that it inflated w ease, was comfortable and handy. I liked the included hood/ eyeshade so I could sleep. A must have when traveling.

This looks like a great product. An inflatable head and neck rest for flying that is designed for different positions. It inflates and deflates easily with a well designed air valve and has a cowl to cover your head for sleeping. I really wanted to like this product, but it is bulky and cumbersome and did not ever hug my neck properly for support. What’s more, when I did finally get comfortable it was so bulky that it knocked out my EarPods. Back to the drawing board.. I would buy the next version if they can get the design better.

This was absolutely fantastic! It was comfortable and so convenient to be able to have it for the flights, but not have to haul a pillow around. It compacts extremely small, and blows up very quickly and easily. The cover was nice to block out the lights - the ear plugs were also a nice touch. The shape was a little odd, but I just maneuvered it to a good angle and it was fine. You can also adjust the firmness depending on how much air you put in. Great find! I will absolutley have this with me any time I travel!

Ho acquistato il cuscino FLOWZOOM AIR per un viaggio lungo in aereo e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative. Il gonfiaggio è rapidissimo (bastano 2-3 respiri) e la valvola consente anche uno sgonfiaggio facile e veloce. Il design a forma di H sostiene benissimo il collo senza farlo cadere in avanti, cosa che mi succedeva sempre con i cuscini classici. Il cappuccio rimovibile è un'aggiunta molto utile: ripara dalla luce e mi ha aiutato a dormire meglio. Inoltre, il tessuto è traspirante e la federa si può lavare, cosa che apprezzo molto per motivi igienici. L’ho usato anche in treno e in auto e si è rivelato sempre comodo e pratico da portare con sé, grazie alla sacca in dotazione. Consigliatissimo a chi viaggia spesso e cerca un supporto cervicale davvero efficace!

Fantastic! With the various positions possible you can find something that suits you and the headrest in whatever seat you are in. It doesn't force your neck and head forward and instead supports well from the side and front. Excellent customer service from Flowzoom too.

Habe einige Zeit nach der für uns "besten" Form und Funktionsart (Luft oder Schaum) recherchiert und viele Rezensionen gelesen. Das Kissen von Flowzoom schien unsere Kriterien am besten zu erfüllen. Also erst mal eins bestellt und zu Hause im Hochlehnerstuhl getestet. Vorteil ist, dass der Hinterkopf durch den niedrigen Quersteg Platz nach hinten zur Rückenlehne hat und nicht nach vorne gedrückt wird. Der seitliche Halt ist durch etwas mehr oder weniger Luft gut einstellbar. Der Kopf fühlt sich sicher und bequem fixiert an. Der Bezug ist flauschig; keine störenden Gerüche feststellbar. Die Packmaße sind konstruktionsbedingt klein und nehmen im Handgepäck wenig Platz weg. Insgesamt haben meine Frau und mich die Konstruktion und Verarbeitung überzeugt. Deshalb haben wir noch eines nachbestellt, damit jeder eines hat. Wir hoffen, dass wir nach der nächsten Flugreise noch die gleiche positive Einschätzung haben.
