This is hands down my all-time favorite cleansing balm. Soooo, I was using another very expensive brand from England and I have been for several years. I got a facial on a cruise and it's what they used and I was instantly hooked. The issue was that the face creams are over 200 dollars and the same size face wash was over 60 dollars, maybe even 80. I was given a sample of this in an Allure subscription box and I instantly loved it. It's the same concept of what I was using before which is like a melting thick cream which I can now not recall what it's called, but it's perfect. I have now gone though two of the large containers and my skin has not suffered at all. I likely won't change back and I'm getting two or three of these large containers for the price of one of my other ones.To me, there is no scent and very little, if any makeup residue left over after use. My skin feels soft and moist and not greasy. I use it every night before bed. It goes on thick and melts away and as far as I can tell, it does not foam up but rather just smoothly removes makeup. I really don't know how to explain it. I highly recommend it.

I’ve only used this a few times so far, so it may be too early to tell, but - I am not even exaggerating when I say this is the best my skin has EVER felt. Completely oil-free and yet somehow still moisturized and almost plump feeling afterwards?? No irritation or redness, and left with a very pleasant smell, even though it is unscented. Also super satisfying to use, and I love the way it feels on my skin.It does remove makeup, but it also does so more than that! I originally bought this for a gentler way to remove makeup, but my skin feels SO amazing afterwards, that I have started using it in the morning as well, and feel no need to even double cleanse. For reference, I have extremely oily skin with dry patches, rosacea, super sensitive and acne prone with lots of excess sebum. Never in a million years did I think that using a cleansing balm meant for dry skin would make my skin feel a million times better than double cleansing with anything else, but here we are!I will still double cleanse at night in the shower, but as far as I understand, this is essentially a double cleanse within itself, since it starts as an oily balm and then you emulsify by adding water, which I suppose turns it into the double cleanse. We will see if it is truly the answer to my skin woes, but so far so good!!!

Zero is an amazing product. I’ve been using it for over 2 years. Melts away mascara and more making it easier to clean your face.

Easy to use with the spatula it comes with. It lasted ages and felt really nice on my skin. It starts off as a balm but melts to an oil when you warm it up in your hands. Massage into the skin for a minute before adding some water to create a milky texture, then rinse off. Doesn’t leave any residue and doesn’t leave the skin feeling oily or greasy.

Soothing, non-stinging even around eyes. Removes stubborn make-up.

I got the jumbo size and it’s more than enough and has a good price that goes along with it. It effectively removes my makeup and makes my skin feel clean and soft when I was my face without that squeaky tight feeling. It has a light scent to it too that smells nice and fresh.
