Very durable, and they are frost free. They have a fabric exterior, not plastic like most of them. I have two of these, one is this larger size. I’m able to wrap my shoulder with it. Highly recommended!

My husband needed a small cold pack to put around his big toe for after he plays soccer. These work perfectly and have really helped improve his comfort. They are just the right size and are useful for all those areas that are smaller and awkward for a regular sized cold pack

I've used lots of ice packs over the past few years, and these are by far the best. They have lots of filling, retaining the cold longer, and stay flexible when frozen. The covering is soft and comfortable.

Nice price and effective cold pack. I have some that are 10 years old and still great. The clay, glycol, water mix is pliable and holds the cold quite well. The shape is unique which allows for wrapping areas that need chilling. Using it to chill my traps and my head to help with migraines.
