This organic nutmeg powder is truly so fresh and smells very fragrant. I compared it to some I bought from Ralphs and there is no going back. Incredible taste using it in cookies on top of baked custard and in a spice cake. It will also end up being better value for money in the long run as it's a bulk purchase. Fantastic product! Authentic. They use cardamom seeds only and not the skins so the taste is sweet (some companies use the skins which makes the product bitter). Highly recommended! I grew up in India where we used to freshly grind cardamom seeds at home and most of the packaged ones I’ve seen in stores in the US have been disappointing. This one is absolutely fantastic and I wish I had discovered them sooner.
