Incomplete order
The reflector for this grow light never arrived and I was forced to purchase one to ensure my grow light was ready for this years garden seed germination. Cost me an extra $40.

Re-read the description. Does not include ballast.
Look at the description carefully. The pictures are misleading. Note at the very bottom where it states what is included and what is NOT included, such as the ballast and light. This entire unit can be had for significantly less here on amazon as a complete kit.
