I Love this driver! With the RENEWED item the only frustration I had was that I had to return 2 other drills before they sent me one without a defect. One the chuck spun un-level and the 2nd one didn't hold the bits. The 3rd one so far is wonderful.

Poor quality
trigger has developed a hard pull, not running full speed after a few months. not a brushless motor, so a very noticeable battery drain compared to the brushless models that seem to go all day on a 4 amp battery.
