My son loves this, he is 17 and finding a gift for him has become difficult. I ran across this product, read the reviews and so glad I decided to get it. Set up is super easy and fast, and it is a lot of fun to use. It teaches coordination which he needs. Lol. It is very durable, definitely holds up to some punches.

I started using this a few days ago. I do it for a minute using a Tabata timer. After a minute I do 30 seconds on the heavy bag. I do 20 rounds for a total of 30 minutes. Great exercise. Gloves included our crap. I don’t think, based on how hard you hit it that you even really need gloves. I purchased some decent lightweight gloves on Amazon for 18 bucks. Update. - a month later the speaker is intermittent. Which is fine as it was annoying, I just turned the volume down all the way. I use a Bluetooth speaker not connected to the product for music.

Haven’t tried it yet but have followed the advice on all other reviews and had it installed with the screws onto a brick wall in the garage and I’m waiting for a slightly warmer weather before we use it but it looks good and, going by the other reviews, it will do just what we needed to do, which is just gentle workouts rather than high intensity

Waste of money

It is not at all the product that shows on the picture plus, it does not have a Bluetooth connectivity. I am returning this product ASAP.

Some of the lights barely work and speaker quality is awful. Bluetooth is constantly dropping out. Alright for a bit of fun but not very good value for money
