This product is of reliable quality, so it's a bit heavy. It's best to have two people install it. Once the product is installed, it will be firmly locked onto the frame and is very easy to use. The adjustable installation distance makes it suitable for use as a cargo rack for various vehicles. The locking frame can be adjusted and locked at any Angle, so it can conveniently, easily and stably lock 16 to 29-inch bicycles 🚲. When not in use, it can be folded and locked, and will not bounce or make abnormal noises due to vibration. This is a widely applicable product. It can be used regardless of the size of the bicycle.

I'm pretty impressed with the bike rack. Assembly was really easy (ten minutes- watch the video in the product photos) and the provided tools were great. I like that it has built in protection to prevent someone from stealing the rack. it feels pretty sturdy. I also like that each bike is held to the rack seperately, without touching the frame of our carbon fiber bikes. A couple suggestions: It might be overkill, but I'm going to add a simple tie-down strap to hold the bikes down while traveling long distances. The specs say they hold up to a 48 inch wheelbase. The hubs on my bikes are 49 inches apart and it works. I wish it accomodated slightly larger wheelbases.

It is a good and sturdy bike rack I have 29-in tires and it holds the securely. The only complaint I have is the hardware that mounts it to the roof. It seems like most of the money was spend making the roof rack and very little attention was put into how it's actually attached to your roof. It took me a good hour to get the threads worked out because they were all banged up. Also the plastic nuts that attach it to the roof do not allow the rack to fold completely flat see the pictures

I really love this roof bike rack! It was super easy to install, and my bike fits perfectly on it. Putting the bike on and taking it off is simple, and it stays very stable while driving. The quality feels solid and reliable. Fall is the most beautiful season on the East Coast, and I’m so excited to take my family out for more weekend rides and enjoy the amazing scenery together. This rack makes it all easier and more fun!

I am here to sing the praises of this rack; it far exceeds my expectations. I am one that does my due diligence and was very hesitant to purchase this but time and cost finally made me forge ahead. We needed a rack to use on our upcoming trailer trip, and once I received it found it wasn't recommended for RV's but I liked it's construction and used it anyway. Our bikes have fenders, and with some mild modifications found it works perfect with absolutely no rubbing on the frame. it's VERY solid, the bikes ride extremely secure. I love the lock which is again very secure, there is no wobble at the hitch connection, and the tires seat perfectly in the rack everytime. We took a 2000 mile trip, the ease of loading the bikes (we do not have heavy ebikes) is amazing, running a cable and lock for security simple, it's literally a 30 second load and go. I would highly recommend this rack, I am not disappointed. Attached are photos of modifications to add a stud (modified bolt) on the arms that mate with a hole on our bike's rear racks where a reflector would have mounted; makes for an extremely secure/positive connection.

I was unsure of the quality and utility of this rack - there is very little information available about it online. The rack was delivered quickly and assembly was no problem. Even the included tools for rack assembly are of good quality. The no-wobble adjustment in the receiver hitch works very well and it does not move around or rattle in the hitch. I can fit a large 29" mountain bike and a 26" trail bike on the rack and it easily adjusts to firmly secure both bikes. I'm impressed with the bike mounting as there are no frame connections - just strong latching rack on bike tires high enough to provide excellent stability. When going down the road, the bikes do not move at all relative to the vehicle. I like the way that the end bars are quick to lock in and very secure. Lastly, the tilting mechanism is strong and easy to engage. When the rack is folded up for storage, it will still allow my Toyota Highland hatch to open. This is a great rack for the money and I am really impressed with its performance.

I wanted a bike transporter that wouldn't touch the carbon frame and wheels of my gravel bike. This one holds the bike securely, but beware that you probably can't use it if your bike has fenders or a rack that cover the tires. It is pretty easy to assemble, mount, and fold. It is well-built and held two bikes - without wobble - over a 400 mile trip on Interstates, highways, and bumpy local roads. The mounting system uses an insert that expands inside the hitch receiver, and there is a secondary pin for safety. You don't need to buy a transporter that costs 4x this price.

Went together well. Very secure on car. Not straight forward to operate and adjust though. My bike also wouldn’t fit securely on due to having a fender that comes down over the back tire. I would have to take off the fender to use the rack in the future. Also fair warning, it whistles when you drive due to the open holes in the metal bars.
