I was skeptical when I purchased this duo however when they arrived and I assembled them-it was easy, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was made and I love the added trellises. I've added my soil and planted my tomatoes and looking foreword to harvesting this summer. I plan on ordering more-for my peppers. I love that they are reusable and the size is great and looks wonderful. The weight is also not bad at all-not heavy. Overall this is a very good self watering planter. I recommend this as it is a worth the purchase.

Worked great for tomatoes and for cucumbers! Easy to put together, watered easily.

Bought this because my tomato plants have a tendency to crisp in the lovely southern sun. Other pots either hold too much moisture causing brown spots and mold, or they dry out so fast the leaves wither and die. So far, this one seems to be keeping the plant just right with the added bonus that we can easily transport it into the house for the (haha) winter months. It’s easy to put together, lightweight, looks nice, keeps the right amount of water in it, and was a decent price. We’ll be purchasing more for our garden next year.

These are ok but i didn't play close enough attention to the size. They were very easy to assemble and look good. However, they are small and I don't think they will be sturdy enough to grow my tomatoes in. I have snap peas growing now and they are doing fine, but I am not sure the trellis will hold up to anything with weight, like tomatoes etc. The "self watering" feature is not a great selling point. The soil dries out very quickly and it's not even hot yet, daily watering will be essential.

Very easy to put together.

Moved into an apartment from a house and I grow tomatoes every year, these worked great out on my patio. They do get a little too small for my liking at the top, unlike regular tomato cages, but it still worked. I think next year I'll just put my tomato cages in the pots instead. I really liked the bottom pot even for a cheap plastic pot that comes in many pieces that you put/snap together.
