Dropped dead within one month of purchase. Not a good item

Item stopped working after a month. Can't return any more, also unable to reach for warranty.And this is the older version with the micro USB charging. Newer versions have USB-C charging port.

The media could not be loaded. After charging it and using it for one day now it doesn't work even when showing full charged. I tried restarting it but still no result.Very low quality.
