One of the best and easiest phones to use out there for an elderly user not up on 'smart phones' 👍

Ordered for elderly Mum to replace earlier version in the hopes of better mobile coverage indoors. Haven't had it for long enough to comment on that yet.

The phone was very light and fragile. The buttons were very big which was good but the phone itself didn't work. It kept switching off.I had bought it for my parents. I tried it out but it was going to be far too complicated for them to use, especially because it kept switching off. I guess it was faulty so I sent it back. No problem getting a refund though.

Old man is happy

Ok it does have big buttons and is easy to handle but it is VERY difficult to use.Sending a text takes ages because it is old, old technology. Totally unsuitable for seniors unused to a mobile phone.

Loved by a pensioner that found it difficult to see the numbers. Great help for her.

This mobile phone is simple and should be ideal for the elderly or infirm, however having not been used for a couple of weeks it stopped working and will only make emergency calls as it cannot see the Sim card. OK it was only £35 or so but even so I would expect it to last more than 3 months. I cannot even get to a screen to arrange for a repair let alone a refund. The Amazon website for complaints just goes round in circles. With a 28 day return policy and apparently no repair service available it is a total waste of money. DO NOT BUY.

Thought it'd be fatter than it is, but is nicely slim enough.Got it for mom and menus confuse her a bit still. They tried to make them easy by separating everything out, but it sometimes baffles her because there's too many button presses to get through to things.
