Worked well to decorate my son's birthday cake. Used ermine buttercream (never going back to regular buttercream). Mostly used star 21 tip.

This is a great starter set for someone who wants to decorate cakes/desserts. And for that, I am giving this 5 stars. However, I didn't realize it did not come with a case. to store everything gin.So I definitely recommend... but also purchase a case to store the stuff in. Because it can get lost EASILY.

I love this set but I still feel cheated. As a beginner set youd think they'd include one of if not the most popular tip? But no the 1M is not included and I find myself having to buy another set to get it. Otherwise it's a great set that comes with pretty detailed instructions and all the items you'll need to start on your flowers.

This item was agree price for what your weekend. The M1 tip is definitely a plus along all with the other tips. Have used this several times. Love it!

It's SO easy to pop a star tip in a bag and swirl on icing for those cupcakes. People will ask where you bought your baked goods. BTW--buttercream made at home is light years better than the canned premade stuff. You're welcome.

I’m a total novice to this, kit was great for a beginner.. with practice and different icing I got so much better. Worth the money.

This is a good kit to have for beginners. All the accessories included looked like good quality. Even though the book is only a few pages it has easy to follow instructions. I learned a new and much easier technique to make ombre color fondant. Love this set.
