Decent product good support
It is a reasonable product for the price for some light trimming. While some other competing products in the same price range offer more functionality, they are bulkier. This product is compact, more travel friendly and the trimming heads are smooth. The product stopped working after a few months but support was responsive and after ascertaining that the product was non functional they promptly replaced it under warranty. It is absolutely essential that products are backed up by reliable warranty. This builds my trust in Agaro brand for future purchases.

Got blunt and unusable with just few usage
I used this product just couple of times, the blades got blunt and I was unable to use them. Please i would suggest to go for other products, as i regret buying it. Tried reaching out to warranty support and still no reply or any response….

Not good for nose
Can't really use it for nose as it will make you sneeze before cutting anything, good eyebrow cutter tho. For nose just get a rounded scissors.

Okay, I gotta hype up Riya Dutta from support right now because she absolutely slayed. ✨ I was low-key spiraling when my AGARO Nose & Ear Hair Trimmer (NT1727) wasn't working. 😭 But Riya Dutta passed the vibe check immediately. She understood the assignment and sorted my replacement with immaculate speed. No drama at all. Now that I have the working unit, it's honestly super! Those rechargeable stainless steel blades are clutch for face grooming. Riya is literally the GOAT for helping me get it sorted so fast. Give this queen a raise, no cap. 15/10 experience. 🔥💖
