Great rim tape, easy to put on and has lasted ages

A little tricky to fit but worth taking time to ensure correct positioning. Once fitted worked first time. Used with Stan's tyre sealant and this was the first time the tubeless conversion had fully worked for me. Worth spending the extra on Stans. Great product.

The best you can get, works first time every time!

Yes, it is stupidly expensive for what it is. But it is the best, most consistent tubeless tape out there, and in varying widths. It has just the right amount of stretch to fit within the rim, and is not too thick with two wraps to interfere on the wall of the rim with the tyre bead interface. I can generally get tyres pumped up with a normal track pump when I use Stans.

Fit my 29er mtb perfect, easy to apply and sealed up and has kept its pressure over night.

Poor quality product. Not enough adhesive so it slides off the wheel as you apply tension. The tape is too thick and therefore difficult to slide into the well of the wheel and even when you apply heat it still doesn’t work very well. I have had better results from products costing £10.

Only ever used this tape and I find it good

I wanted this to seal a bicycle rim to use with Stans Sealant. Cleaned the rim and dried it as instructed but this stuff is useless. Does not stick, and at nearly £17 is a rip off. I used Gorilla tape in the end, much better, perfect seal and the tyre seated first attempt.

Arrivo da un lavoro del cavolo fatto da un ciclomeccanico con la voglia di risparmiare , lavoro di nastratura fatto con il gorilla tape. IL GORILLA TAPE NON VA BENEEEEEEEEEEE! Me ne sono accorto perché la gomma posteriore si è sgonfiata , è scesa nel canale , ed essendo un po' stretta si è portata via un pezzo di gorilla tape e non sono più riuscito , ovviamente, a rimettere in pressione il copertone. Oggi ho tolto tutto , copertone , pulito cerchio con sgrassatore per i freni e incollato il tape nuovo. Se dicono "Nastro per tubless" ci sarà un motivo, il nastro americano serve per altre cose! Nastrato con un po' di fatica , ho dei Roval SL control del 2016 con canale 22mm e il nastro è da 25mm , ma sinceramente credevo stesse giusto dentro i denti invece per 1/2 mm aderiva anche sui lati. Pigiato tutto per benino e la gomma ora sta a 4bar , per stanotte , liquido messo, vediamo domani. Il lavoro dovrebbe essere perfetto. Nastro top!

This stuff works great. Put it on as tight as can be, and you're set. Two wraps for road rims, one for mtn. I used this on Velocity A23's (three wheel sets) and it has worked perfectly for 6 months so far. The big roll is the economical way to go. Provided you don't lose it like I just did. :)
