This is a quality product and value for money.

Unfortunately our first frame arrived with damage to one corner, which looked like it had happened before it had been packed, as the outer packaging was undamaged and the frame was very well wrapped in bubble wrap. However, The Frame Company were very quick to put this right and quickly sent a replacement, which was fine. So great customer service from them. The design of the frame is very nice. I wouldn't say it is the most robust frame, but for the money it is excellent value and looks great
