I think this, but let me tell you that no one told me, it takes a good tow in a half weeks to see the difference in your eating habits. It kind of made my stomach nauseous so I took a nauseous pill and then I moved on but when I'm taking it I'm only taking one you could take one to two capsules and it made me feel Fuller quicker so I was eating a half of a half of a half sandwich and it was really great but it did take a little time and it did make me sick to my stomach to where I feel like I'm going to throw up all the time but overall I could get through it I like the fact that it made me not hungry it was a really good appetite suppressant it didn't make you jittery it didn't make you fly like a kite like caffeine does or any of that I was able to sleep at night it just made me nauseous.

Did not work for me for weight loss

This is an excellent product for weight loss. I’ve been taking two pills a day and lose 1 pound every day. Sometimes I think I’m losing too much weight too fast, but I still have a short way to go. I recommend this product highly.

I take it first thing in the morning and I don’t fell like eating right away.

Used entire bottle and careful what I ate. Lost one pound. Maybe might work better for younger person. Not overweight but clothes would fit better if lost a few pounds.
