Suprisingly amazon team is support them. two time return pickup is rejected and rhey are saying from last 10 days that they will verify and get back. Good lightweight cradle for those who don't like heavy broad cradle. Somewhat good choice for parents who believe in keeping their infants head round.

The product is very nice and comfortable for my kid. I loved it. My baby is enjoying. Only one issue is the nutbolts at the middle of stand are kept open, it should have been wrapped with something or given smooth bolts so that the crawling/standing baby not hurt by hitting. Rest all is perfect.
