I was getting a hair brightener put on at the hairdresser, and they charged me $45 for the treatment, and then I saw the ad on TV, so I bought a bottle of your product that you were promoting because I use your shampoo and conditioner. I love it, so I tried it and it was so good. I bought my sister one, and I got one for a gift for my daughter, who has long, beautiful hair, and it was so lovely that my hair turned out so great. I’m getting older. It was just something I loved right off the bat. I will never pay a hairdresser money to put that on my hair. I will only use your product at home. The only other thing I have in question regarding the hair brighter is that it is a 100% product I would buy and always buy the conditioner. I like I like your shampoo and conditioner a lot but the conditioner is in a stiff bottle and sometimes it’s hard to get out and so if you would change the bottle to maybe your shampoo bottle it’d be a lot easier to use at the beginning is fine but when I get a bit lower, I have to go to squeeze it with my niece to get it out. I’m just giving some helpful business because I was in the cosmetic business and I was in the nutrition business, so I understand bottling, just something to take in mind, but I love your products about everything. My daughter buys everything now, my sister‘s gonna be buying everything, so you have some good customers on the side. I write you very highly, very good business. Thank you for making my hair so pretty, it makes me feel pretty. Thank you.

1 thing to note.....it WILL feel oily on the rinsing and youll think youve made a mistake. You havent, dobt try to rinse out that feeling. That's goes away in the drying and styling. I revommend for my thick coarse hair folks. I have 3b curly high porosity coarse thick long black/silvery grey hair that I blow/press out 97% of the time. I live in a climate that is all over the place humid, dry, windy, moderately cold, frequently extremely hot. so I sometimes use this as a conditioner or after my conditioner depending on how my hair is feeling or if I've used a clarifying shampoo etc. I usually try following recommended amounts (never enough lol) and timing...but then I find my groove. ....and it smells niiiiiiice.

Ouai Hair Gloss is the WORST! I should have listened to the reviews warning that your hair will look and feel greasy and/or wet after using it. My hair is normally pretty shiny and bouncy, but Ouai left it heavy and gross. The only part that looks clean is the top/roots where I didn't apply it.I figured the bad reviews were because maybe they hadn't rinsed it out completely, so I thought I'd beat that by rinsing extra long. I followed every single instruction exactly, then rinsed for five minutes - the same amount of time the instructions said to leave the Ouai in. My hair seemed okay till I dried it, which took much longer than normal. The part where I'd applied the Ouai looked greasy. So I thought maybe it needed to have hot tools used on it. The curling iron made it worse. It left my hair so heavy it can't even hold a curl.AND, I can't get this greasy feel off my hands, either - even after washing them with Dawn. I'm going to have to try washing the Ouai out of my HAIR with Dawn, too, which may cause damage but will hopefully work.BEWARE: Ouai Hair Gloss should be discontinued and those who purchased it should be refunded.

Not as shiny or glossy as I expected. After trying this product I purchased a different gloss at target for less and it left my hair softer, shinier and the scent was nice. So it’s okay but expensive for the results.

After using the product, I was able to shampoo 2 times and needed to use it again. For a professional salon look, this will do it well!

If you have thin dry hair this stuff is better for an overnight conditioner. Makes your hair super soft the next day after washing it out. I can not use it and then do my hair because it will be too greasy and heavy.

OH MY GOODNESS. Dude. All static burdened and fine haired babes, read this freakin review. This stuff WORKS. Just look at my pictures! The first one you can see the static/dryness and the second is after I used this product. That is after I blow dried it!! No static. I swear on the bees.Okay I live in Colorado where you could run a small house on the amount of static you produce because it’s so dry here, especially in the winter. I have fine long hair (like to the middle of my back).Follow these directions and I promise you you and your hair will thank me.1. Shampoo2. Squeeze out all water3. Split hair into two sections4. Use like a pea to a dime size amount (seriously, don’t get excited and use a bunch) comb it through (with fingers is fine) on each section going ONLY to mid shaft. It will NOT feel slick like conditioner. Don’t worry. It’s doing its thang gurl, just be patient.5. Leave on for 3-5 mins6. Rinse7. Condition your hair from mid shaft down (this locks in the moisture), don’t leave in for very long as it’s not necessary and it may make your hair greasy if you leave it on too long.8. Rinse thoroughly9. TA- DA! You now have fabulous glossy, moisturized hair.So I use all Ouai fine hair products. The smell of this one is like the others, floral. I am sensitive to smells and this doesn’t bother me. If you have fine hair, follow the directions above. You may need to tweak it based on your hair type but it worked wonders for mine. My hair was staticy as all get out and really dry and this stuff revived it massively. I will probably use this once or twice a week depending on how much static my hair holds. Cheers!

I was hesitant to try a gloss because my hair is super curly and I wasn’t sure it would be the right idea. After trying it I’m so glad I purchased it, my hair looks so shiny and is super soft and manageable.
