Works good! Nice and quite!
Got this to replace my old bath room fan. Installation was super simple. I've never done anything like this before, but not bad for a DIY kinda project. Just make sure you learn how to do wiring and how to shut off the box before working on installing it. The fan is super quite. At first I thought it felt weak y how quite it is but after a nice hot shower the mirrors no longer fog up so it's doing the job!The LED lights on the other hand is not that bright. Some may like it and some don't. I personally feel that the lights can be brighter. Good thing I have another light in my small bathroom. The night light feature is cool, but in my option it could be dimmer as the lights doesn't doesnt have to be as bright for late night use. I was planning on leaving the night light on at night so my kids can use the bathroom if needed, but it's a little too bright for that purpose. Also I have a rather small bathroom and according to the specs this fan should be more than enough. But I do wish I would have got the next model up for more suction. Bathroom doesn't smell as bad after I unload some friends during my morning routine lolSo far so go and no complaints. Oh the fan comes with all the screws needed to mount the fan. I didn't see the screw pack taped to one of the bags till after I was done installing. So look out for that screw pack if you dont have extra screws.

Very Good Product/Great Service
Replace an old underpowered bathroom fan with this unit. Pretty easy to install with attic access. Fan worked great right off the bat. VERY quiet. Light did not work. Contacted customer service. After confirming I was wiring everything correctly, they whipped a new LED light unit that same day. Only complaint is that it was shipped UPS Ground and took about a week to arrive. Installed the new light unit and it works perfectly. Plenty of light. Very satisified!

Great customer support
If not for the fan assembly issue I would have given this product 5 stars. I'm not including a pic of the issue because the company was that good about making things right. After installation I turned the fan on and it started making a loud clicking sound like it was hitting a screw or something. I noticed that the "squirrel cage" portion of the fan wobbled slightly as it spun, indicating a bent motor shaft. I also found that the plastic blower wheel was broken at the bottom, and the centrifugal force was causing the break to open up enough contact with the air outlet as it spun. I wrote to the company and they were awesome. We live in an imperfect world and things happen. The company really worked to make sure I was satisfied. They requested pictures of the issue and a statement specifying what I was requesting. I emailed 2 pics and a 2 second video clip to provide a clear understanding of what I was describing, and stated what I needed. They were very apologetic and promptly sent a new blower assembly; which thanks to their solid engineering I was able to replace in less than 5 minutes. Clips held it in place while I put in the three screws that mount it tightly; super easy and only two hands were needed, Yay! It has 2 plugs that can only plug into their correct sockets in their correct orientations, so there was not risk of me getting that wrong.Pros:- Super quiet, just as advertised.- Moves a Lot of air, nothing "fogs-up" in that bathroom- The DewStop FS-300-W1 Humidity and Condensation Control on the R in the picture of our switch plate, manages the fan.- Light temp is 2700K- Switch on the L in the picture of our switch plate works both the main light of the fan and the light above our sink. This is allowed per code in our state, but may not be elsewhere. I ALWAYS use a certified electrician for any electrical work, and ALWAYS recommend the same. The brightness in the first photo is deceptive because it's capturing light from both fixtures.Cons:- The night light is surprisingly bright- The 2nd photo from the L is the nightlight before dimming and the 3rd photo from the L, is the nightlight after dimming to max. It's hard to tell in these photos, but the night light is still a little bright, but their is a big difference between before and after dimming. The switch in the M in the picture of our switch plate is for the night light. You can see the slider at the bottom/lowest light level, so that is the light setting when the toggle switch is turned on/off.This was for our master bath and leaving the Kaze night light on with the door open was not an option because the amount of light precluded sleeping (at least for me). To resolve this I replaced the toggle switch dedicated to only the nightlight, with a Lutron Ariadni/Toggler LED+ Dimmer | 150-Watt, Single-Pole/3-Way | AYCL-153P-WH, so I would not need to change my wall plate. I set the dimmer range to its lowest setting before putting on the wall plate so that the slider switch would dim the most. (it's easy and the instructions explain clearly how). With the slider at the lowest, the nightlight is still a little bright for my taste but this took its brightness way down. We leave the slider where it is and just use the toggle switch for on/off, and we are very happy.

Completely clears all steam from the shower!
I'm super pleased with the quality of this product. I bought this to install as a retrofit in bathroom within my 1900 Victorian home. The existing exhaust fan was noisy and useless--it would not clear the steam from the shower at all, and this was leading to mold issues in the bathroom. My father (who is a contractor) advised me to look for a new fan that was 1) designed for retrofit installation [many are designed for new installation only and are a real pain to put into an existing space where the drywall is already in place] and 2) used a blower instead of a standard fan assembly to move the air out of the bathroom. While this is designed for retrofits, the challenges of installing it in an older home meant it took about 4 hours to get the old fan out, and this new fan mounted, wired, and operating. However, I have to say that overall, I am very, very, pleased. While this model is not totally noiseless while it is in operation, it is significantly quieter than the NuTone fan I removed. It also 100% clears all of the steam from the bathroom as you are showering. The mirror is completely clear--no dripping wet mess!
