Love these containers. I use them for healthy snacks for me and my husband. Hand wash them. Do not wash in dishwasher. They will get warped.

They serve their purpose. But break easy. I would use them in a gentle manner. But my kids have broken two in the first week from being in lunch boxes. The size is perfect. We bought them for balanced lunches and on the go snacks for softball.

Having your kids eat healthy starts with you. I'm one who doesn't make the best food choices and tends to grab easy snacks. But when you really think about what kids eat, it's not nutritional.
