Horrible Product
This item entails false advertising. The seat is a sling but the picture makes it appear to be a 'chair'. Difficult to operate to actually help a person. We got to use 2 times before my mother and it caused bruises and more. Stay clear.

Not new
I bought this item because my son was in a horrible accident and we need this to get him in the car and things like that. I ordered this imparticlar one because it would arrive the day before his appointment. Went to assemble and notice it’s been used and I’m having to go by washers nuts and bolts hoping it will work so he can get to his appointment. Not satisfied with this item at all hoping it will atleast power on once it’s charged
