Complete Failure
I had to throw it out! The seal was reattached so it had clearly been opened AND the plastic lid doesn’t close. What a waste of over $12. Don’t buy.

Very easy to measure out and use. However, I found that the flavoring was very flat, not enough umph as there is in other similar products as this.

Originally purchased as part of a gift during Ramadan for one of my husbands coworkers who observes. I ended up having some excess and, being a caterer, I couldn’t resist playing with the leftovers.Vaguely almond-ish but pink pepper-ish as well, it seems to be very versatile and works very nicely in rubs as well as jams.So far I’ve tried a few different recipes and have liked them all, and haven’t had any issues with flavor loss just storing the container in the pantry.Definitely going to keep experimenting with this spice and others!
