Tasty. Sustained energy. No caffeine
Gu energy chews are my favorite energy gels/chews. I feel an extra kick on my long rides. Watermelon does not have caffeine and I like that.

I purchased these a great way to fuel my runs as I am training for a half marathon run. I was a little skeptic that they would make such an impact to my runs. I am really impressed the chews are tasty and I can really feel the difference in my runs when I don’t take them.

They give you a boost of energy when on the road cycling.
I take a single pack of these gummies on my longer 2-1/2 to 3+ hour road bicycle rides. There’s basically 2 servings (16 gummies) per each pk. That’s about 8 gummies per serving.I’m 5’-9” at 165 lbs. and eat half a pack on my rides and I’m good the rest of the way. Save the left over half for the next ride.
