I now have a new phone directly from seller and it works great. I love the size and weight of this phone. I have dropped it several times and it keeps working now. If it goes bad again I will update review. The music sounds great with plenty of volume. It is a heavy phone, The sound quality in the phone is good, and connection to Wi-Fi is no problem and the cell works across it with no problems. That it has been doing strange actions by itself such as rebooting when using the map, sound volume when playing music drops and then comes back up to different levels. The new phone is not doing that, so I guess I got the crazy one. But now works great! The battery life is fantastic. The manufacturer stood behind the returned phone. New one I am very happy with. VERY happy with Seller. They stood behind their phone and took care of my issues. Highly recommend them.

Overall this is a phone I get a lot of compliments,on and the extended battery life is very convenient, but falls short on fall protection and weight. So for example if you drop this alot the steel on the backplate will show and the glass will crack, so you STILL NEED A RUBBER CASE TO PROTECT THE PHONE. Other than that the phone overall is okay (performance, screen, etc.) just with more battery life and few extra features. I'll post some photos of the nvg features and camera quality.

I prefer items that are built to last rather than something that is the new trend. This phone is extremely tough and is able to stick with me throughout my long outside working hours. I only need to charge it once a week and it has a nice hefty weight to it.

Reason for 3 stars:Pros:1. Easy to connect to your PC and transfer files.2. Battery is AWSOME! With YouTube, Netflix, gaming, and internet surfing, it works for 3-4 days easily w/o recharging.3. Pretty fast with its 8Gb memory, even though on the pictures it was claiming a higher number. Will not take away another star for that because it works fast.Cons:1. For some reason after using WiFi for a long time, this phone cannot catch the Mobile network w/o restarting the phone. Annoying! I have to restart mine on average 2 times a day.2. Camera quality really su**ks for the 2024.

This phone literally is a beast, it last 7 days for sure with heavy use and it has some amazing speakers.

I have to say that I am so disappointed in Oukitel "RUGGED" phones. This is the 2nd Oukitel phone I purchased. I owned this phone for 9 months and only used it in my home. It was treated well, and it never fell or was dropped. About 10 weeks ago the sound thru my USB-C port headphones became intermitent. I would be listening to something, and the sound would cut off and then on. If I jiggled the USB-C plug, then sometimes it would stop.Then I noticed it stopped charging to 100% because the power cable was getting constantly turned on and off as the phone was trying to charge. Eventually the USB-C port just stopped working. Thankfully I had Asurion Insurance, and I got my money back. However, Asurion only refunded the cost of the phone and did not pay me back the sales tax of $21.60Additionally, my first Oukitel phone fell apart. It was used the same way. I can only imagine how poorly Oukitel builds their rugged phone, and I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER OUKITEL PHONE AGAIN. I would encourage you to find a different manufacturer if you are looking for a rugged phone.

Heavy, but sturdy. Good sound and no bloat ware. Battery is amazing so far. I put my T-Mobile sim card in and worked instantly. So far I am impressed. Excellent bang for the buck. Wish it had the 12gb ram though
