Stay full and helps with menses chocolate cravings
I had a problem of gaining weight around my menses would otherwise be doing great in my weight loss goals. It helped with my chocolate cravings. Blended with a blender, no chalky taste this is worth buying if you are serious about replacing some of your meals with a great tasting shake!

The perfect option when traveling
I used to scoop individual servings into ziplock baggies to pack when traveling. This is a much more convenient option. The cost per serving is too high to be a daily use option, but when traveling this is my go-to protein powder.

Decent
I keep trying different brands in hopes of finding one I like. I am a picky eater and most protein powders are terrible to me. This one was half way decent. One of the best I have tried but still don’t get much of it down

Misleading label not chemical free
This protein tastes really good, has good macros and is priced well. However, there is sucralose in the ingredient list and that is a "chemical" which destroys your gut biome.
