great insoles - easy to fit into shoes and super comfortable. Cushions my heel which helps with plantar fasciitis and lifts my arches. They offer great support and have helped to relieve the pain in my foot.

Had these before and they do the job pretty well.Ok, they may not be as good as some of the more expensive alternatives but I have utterly flat feet and could not do without some form of support and these are pretty good considering the price point.I find them comfortable once you get used to them and are reasonably durable for the price.Whilst they won't be suitable for everyone I would certainly recommend giving them a try and I will continue to buy them.

I've got Mortons neuroma in my left foot, which means I need extra Arch Support. These inner soles, are great, good value for money, great quality. They have great ease of use, Arch Support, give good cushioning they are of a good Thickness and Height.

Really good product. I am a size 5.5 UK women’s shoe and it fit in my shoe easily. I did not need to make any adjustments. I have flat feet and it is helping to make me an arch. I wear them every day at work and it supports my feet as I am on my feet all day being a teacher. It also made me slightly taller.

Bought this due to reviews as I am suffering with bad plantar fascitis at moment.Good: size is spot on for meNot great: they are slightly heavy and bulky. Unless your shoes have plenty of room it will be tricky to walk with these insoles. I tried them in my hiking boots and couldn't get my foot in after as it was very tight. Your shoes need to be at least half a size bigger.I shall persevere and see if I can use them enough to feel a difference but so far they have proved a bit tricky

I bought these as I am flat footed and needed arch support to relieve a pain on my inner foot/ bone area. The soles are very comfortable, give the right arch support and help alleviate the pressure.You do require some "extra" space in the shoes otherwise, depending on the shoe, it will be too tight and not wearable.I have been able to put them in my workout trainers, normal trainers and UGG boots. Any shoes like leather boots I would not advise.Overall, does what it's supposed to do.

After a sudden flare up of Plantar Fascitis I needed some new insoles. I bought four different ones: one is already in the bin, one was deeply disappointing one was too hard and these, thankfully, are firm but supportive and comfortable. Wide enough for my big feet, soft under the ball of the foot, firm around the heel but with a comfortable shock absorber right under the heel. The arch is strong but not too harsh and helping to push my feet back into shape. Fitted in new shoes with featureless insoles my feet are getting better every day.

Size was as described. Easy to fit into shoes/boots or trim to exact size if needed. I’ve bought several pairs to use in different footwear. Cushions my heel which helps with plantar fasciitis and lifts my arches as I have flat feet. Very comfortable from first use.
