Bonjour, L’article est dans une boite de présentation ouverte et n’a été expédié que dans une simple enveloppe sans aucune protection. Le personnage est cassé, mais comme la livraison a été longue, 10 jours, mon fils de 5 ans ne veut pas se séparer de son jouet, même avec le personnage cassé.
