Received the replacement of this product also in damaged form. I suspect the product quality and its durability. Appears to be very delicate.

Product quality, design and the material, all are awesome. Its good for routine use. It keeps tea/coffee hot for more than 4 hours.

The kettle keeps the water hot for about 7 hours but not for 24 hours as adverised. Easy to use and clean. Looks good. Water retention as stated above.

Light weight and easy to lift when filled. Holds sufficient water. We use it for infused water and the cap has filters so the infusions don't come out. Easy to clean and looks very elegant. Value for money and I highly recommend.

Beautiful and perfectly functional. Easy to reach the botton to clean.
