I DO like how sturdy these pots and pan are, however they are not non stick. The even heating distribution is there and they are absolutely gorgeous BUT I was looking for cookware that had a little more non stick capabilities. These are not it. I cannot fry an egg without them getting so stuck that it gets destroyed. Fried sausage in the skillet and cannot clean the stuck sausage from the surface without it leaving behind traces of what I’ve cooked in the little dips of the surface. I really want to like these but I’m too busy scrubbing my ruined breakfast off of them. 😕UPDATE: I CANNOT get the skillet cleaned. I’ve never had a fried egg stick so hard to a “non stick” or even a stick surface before. This is insane. I’ve used it once and wasted so much money.
