This is the best made fountain I have ever had for the cats, very brilliantly designed. It is whisper quiet (it is next to my bed and I never heard it), and has a filter in the bottom bowl that is easily replaced. The smartest part is that there is a top lid that is slightly indented downward into the main bowl, so the cats can't get into the larger bottom bowl to splash the water around, put toys in it, etc. Food does not get into it as it has a little slit for a drain into the main bowl. The water goes down into there and filters back up. It runs off a USB cord so you can put it pretty much anywhere. It has a nice big bowl on the bottom and the water stays very clean. The cats have abandoned their old water bowl and all of them drink from this, they love the running water. It's stainless, easy to clean, and practically zero maintenance. I often just add water to the top and let it do it's thing.

Quiet, holds lots of water and had leak-proof design. Easy to clean.

This is my second one. My cat loves it- the pump on my last one started to be super slow and barely made water come out- so I had to replace it. It’s fine for the price and nothing lasts anymore so I’m happy with it working for a year.

Bought this awesome filter about a year ago, but the pump motor stopped working. The blue light comes on but nothing else happens. Unclear how to get the free replacement pump promised by the company (it's under warrantee for 2 years). Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My cat prefers to drink out of a sink than a bowl. Not she drinks out of this thing. It’s quiet and works exactly as you would want.

The photo shows all the tiny parts that need to be dismantled and cleaned weekly. The instructions say bi-weekly, but no, the fountain will be nasty after a week even if you only have 1 cat. all of the nooks and crannys make me worry that i have missed a spot cleaning tbh- i use a pipe cleaner and a tiny dental toothbrush to get in all the crevasses but it's not easy to reach all of the spots. design issues: there are holes where i feel like there doesnt have to be that can collect gunk. the charcoal filter (which is puny and whimpy, but same so whatever) hangs IN the water so what is it filtering lol...i dont fill the water up to the max line so the water dripping back into the base at least runs through the filter. the casing that holds the filter does not come off so there is a large portion under it that i cannot clean. the rubber gasket in the clear spicket holder also does not come out and i cannot clean it, but water can get into the cracks around so that's gross. I found soaking all of the tiny parts in diluted vinegar every other week for 15 min helped for a deep clean. Overall if you're trying to test if your cat will like a fountain, this is affordable and has less microplastics than the other cheap models. I've had it since July and it has ran fine for 5 months. It's quiet and my cat loves it. I ended up getting her a petsafe ceramic fountain which will be cleaner, though it's more expensive, i see it as worth the investment.

I loved the design and how easy it was to clean, but then randomly my cat started to stop drinking out of it, and I looked at the pump and it was covered in a bunch of mold and all the cracks. I don’t know when the mold appeared, but I also started noticing mold and some other spots although I did follow the cleaning instructions that I gave. Other than that, it is a good water fountain. It is quiet and I love the little light that happens in the dark. It was just enough light to have my cat. Make sure that he knows where his water is.

Très bonne fonainte à boire pour chat. Je l'ai choisie parce qu'elle a un robinet qui verse l'eau sur cette demi sphère. Ça fait moins de bruit d'eau qui coule que sans cette sphère. J'aime aussi qu'il n'y a pas de plage autour de l'endroit où est versée l'eau, ça évite d'avoir de la poussière à nettoyer régulièrement. La pompe est tombée en panne après 6 mois. Il faut savoir qu'il faut nettoyer la pompe avec une petite brosse cylindrique pour enlever le calcaire qui se loge à la sortie de la pompe. Mon chat adore boire à la fontaine car ça lui rappelle le robinet du lavabo. Toutes les fontaines se valent, il suffit d'entretenir la pompe, ou en changer si besoin, et de trouver la fontaine qui convient au chat et à son humain (ici, la demi sphère c'est pour mon confort auditif)

Lo compré para uno de mis gatos que tiene insuficiencia renal y sólo quería beber de la ducha. Nada más enchufarla, todos los gatos fueron a beber menos él. En fin, que vamos a hacer... Gatos. El aparato funciona perfectamente, no hace nada de ruido y tiene pinta de gastar muy poco. Buen producto.

Dimensioni ottime e qualità buona. Sembra acciaio resistente. Le istruzioni non sono chiarissime, ad esempio non ho ben capito come e perché inserire il filtro a spugna. Qual è la sua funzione? Per il resto davvero ottimo, tutte le componenti lavabili anche in lavastoviglie. Consumo ridotto al minimo ed effettivamente risulta molto silenzioso.

A great cat fountain, silent while running (until it gets low on water so you know when to top it up). Comes with a fair few filters to get you started, and great customer service! The pump on mine failed but after a quick email to them they sent a replacement free of charge! Couldn’t recommend more!

Der Brunnen ist eine tolle Idee. Meine beiden Katzen nutzen ihn gern. Er ist sehr leise, erst wenn der Wasserstand niedrig ist, fängt er an zu "plätschern". Die Pumpe hat gute acht Monate durchgängig gelaufen, dann ging nix mehr. Der Versender gibt zwei Jahre Garantie, und ich habe innerhalb von nur zwei Tagen eine Ersatzpumpe kostenfrei bekommen! Das nenn ich Service.
