I'm so glad I found this product here at Amazon shopping. I used to get the store brand hollandaise sauce at my supermarket. When they closed. I looked everywhere else. I can only find name brand. And it's very expensive. However if you purchase this holiday sauce. By the Box of 18. It's very economical. It's very tasty. Very easy to prepare. This is the third time I've ordered this product from Amazon. I'm very pleased. I recommend Fresh success hollandaise sauce.

Been using this for a few years now, make Eggs Benedict for my wife every Sunday morning, love this so much healthier with out all the fat we used to get, sometimes I add a little lemon juice. Here ordering another 18 pack, third one . Always new things to find on Amazon.

The hollandaise sauce is decent for instant only requiring water. Adding some extra butter helps. It doesn't have a lot of flavor but is nice and thick. I've tried several others and this has been the best one. I'm too lazy to make my own from scratch. Another review said you could make smaller portions using equalish parts water and powder. Did that today and worked well. That being said, the quality control of the product packaging is terrible. Box is supposed to come with 18. Mine came with 17. There are several other reviews that said they got shorted too. I plan on calling the company and may update the rating if they send me the missing packet. Update: I thought I updated this already but maybe it was rejected. I contacted Concord Foods and they replaced my missing packet. They also informed me they only sell 3 items on Amazon (single packets) and that this product is from a wholesale reseller. Technically the reseller should be responsible for fixing the shortage(s). I did notice that the name (link at the top left) seems to reflect that it is a reseller now vs parent company.

Love the taste, very easy to prepare. I add some lemon juice instead of the full quantity of water when mixing it.
