Great product. Rugged look, responsive touch, slightly heavy, accurate, great battery of around 14 days

The watch is good and gives close to accurate values. The Zepp app is also good. Every functionality that is promised works fine. There is no lag in the software and works smoothly. Weight is also light. Watch durability is good but the strap buckle durability is doubtful because it is so fragile for a rugged watch.

Better then garmin,accurate, battery life is amazing, lasted 10 days on full charge, if you wear it in the night too while sleeping, might loose battery sooner, otherwise very cool product, just loved it, close your eyes and buy it. It's worth every penny

Received defective product and amazon refused to take it back. So, I tried to contact the service center but they sent me the same watch and they even opened the watch which makes it 0% waterproof. here's the full story. I purchased the Amazfit T-Rex 2 watch with high hopes, drawn in by its advertised durability and impressive features. However, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to alert potential buyers about my ordeal with Amazfit's product and service. I bought this watch on December 13, 2023, enticed by claims of withstanding extreme conditions like -40 degrees Celsius to 158 degrees Fahrenheit, shock resistance, dust resistance, and a 10 ATM waterproof rating. Unfortunately, the reality has been a far cry from these assurances. Right out of the box, the heart rate and blood oxygen sensors were dysfunctional. Furthermore, the display frequently blacked out, and the buttons became unresponsive, rendering the watch practically unusable. I promptly reported these issues via email and WhatsApp on December 17, 2023. Amazfit requested that I return the watch for servicing, which I did on December 25, 2023. However, upon receiving it back on January 10, 2024, I was dismayed to find evident scratches on the back screws, indicating the watch had been opened and serviced. Disappointingly, the problems persisted—the buttons still malfunction, and the display continues to blackout intermittently. I am deeply dissatisfied with both the watch's performance and Amazfit's service. As a consumer who invested hard-earned money in this purchase, I expected a reliable product that lived up to its promised features. Instead, I encountered poor quality and unfulfilled assurances. I caution potential buyers to reconsider purchasing this product due to its unreliability and the lack of satisfactory resolution from Amazfit's customer service. My experience has left me disheartened and wary of trusting their claims and products in the future. In summary, the Amazfit T-Rex 2 watch failed to meet its advertised standards, and the customer service provided fell far below expectations, resulting in a highly dissatisfied customer. Buyers, please be aware and consider other options before investing in this product.

Unlike most of the smart watches, this one has long battery. Very useful, will long well enough for vacations, so that you don't have to carry extra charger with you.

Best in class smartwatch! Has all the feature one needs for daily purpose! The accuracy is ON POINT! Comfortwise it is Okay'ish! Overall a good smartwatch in budget!

Overall Verdict: Worth the buy if you can shell out some bucks for a smart watch. Does the job pretty decent. Pros: 1. looks cool 2. Seems military standard (couldn't dare to mis use it to test) 3. E.g. distance monitoring is only 60% accurate 2. Battery life is poor (doesn't even last anywhere near as promised, only HR monitoring is ON) 3. Cool looking watch with features loaded as described in the product details page Tried driving activity monitoring - nice Sleep monitoring Day 2: Different kinds of activities like treadmill, cross fit, swimming, strength training Measurements are fairly very close to accurate like 95% Battery draining to 89% with full day of wearing and HR and pedometer monitoring Day 3: Very usual set of activities like swimming Battery drained to 82% Comparatively it has started draining a bit fast Day 4: Battery has drained to 79% under the same operational conditions Looks like the battery life is not so strong Day 5: Night's sleep hasn't been measured properly. I slept for about 6.5 hrs, yet it says that I have slept only for 29 mins. Seems last night my watch was also sleeping Battery has drained further to 70% under similar conditions Day 6: Again night's sleep is not properly measured. Battery has started draining drastically now. Has come down to 58% in the last 24 hours. Only functionality active in the watch is the HR monitoring every 30 mins Day 7: battery drains faster now even with no activities and only HR monitoring every 30 mins. In a day battery has come to 47% Last night I had a sleep for good 6:45 mins and the watch could not monitor my sleep at all - says NO SLEEP DATA Day 8: battery life started draining very rapidly. Just with 4 hours of driving activity Even stopping the active HR monitoring didn't help to save the battery life Day 9: battery charged again yet the draining seems to be still hiring faster as compared to the first time. Stopped active HR monitoring completely yet no improvement Day 10: Tried adding the workout routines in the mobile Zepp app. Was unable to find any option. Day 15: it's charging time again. Battery drain at a rate of 10% minimum per day without any fitness activity. Discovered that sleep monitoring is close to accurate when the watch is worn on my left hand and completely misses when in wear the watch on my right while sleeping.
