Brilliant binocs
Bought two pairs of these for a trip to Yosemite National Park and now we have been I will review them. They were perfect for the job: handily compact to fit in your pocket and very lightweight around your neck. They feel nice in the hand and focus easily. If you wanted to catch birds in flight you'd carry some big binocs with a wide field of view, but for a compact these have a decent field of view. What we weren't expecting was the amazing quality of the optics. I've owned several pairs of compact binocs and these are easily the best - better than much more expensive ones. The image was crystal clear all the way to the edge. Good in fading light too. But the major bonus for me was the close focus: stand five feet away from a dragonfly or butterfly, so you are not disturbing it, and focus in. Wow! Suddenly you are watching in HD. Fantastic detail. I speak as someone who needs reading glasses for many tasks! I can't provide a review for folk who wear glasses with binoculars. Can't go wrong if you buy these.

Good lightweight binos
A good pair of small binos for travel. Unfortunately, the caps are not connected and easy to lose but difficult to replace.

Get 'em!
These look and feel a bit cheap but that's the only negative thing I can say about them. For 30 odd quid they're great, they're light and small and fit in your pocket easily. Very easy to focus and to my eyes are crystal clear. I've used them for walking, birdwatching, and at the test match and people always comment on how clear they are. I've bought 2 additional pairs for family and friends. If you're after a cheap but very useable and portable pair of bins I'd highly recommend these.

Very easy to use, lightweight, quick to focus and they fit in the pocket of my walking coat.
Very easy to use, lightweight, quick to focus and they fit in the pocket of my walking coat, so that's where they live. Probably not the quality a top birdwatcher would want but for everyday ramblers who just want to check what's in the nearby trees or at the bottom of the garden they are perfect. Much brighter optically than some other cheap bins I've had.

Handy for Verona opera
Used on holiday in Italy. Useful and compact. We are not the most discerning users though.
