The approval rating and reviews are for a number of other items. How does this even happen. I bought the Tinnitus relief product and will be returning it. The product does ABSOLUTELY nothing. I would give it -5 stars if that were an option, and recommend saving your money. Some reviews I did find mentioned the amount is misleading. Deceiving instructions
I started taking this product today. The label says that 1 ml twice a day but the description says take only 6 drops twice a day. This is very confusing and deceiving. 1 ml is more than 25 drops per serving. I took it as instructed by the bottle. I have to say that although the tinnitus did not go away it did quiet down but then, am I taking the right dosage?

Well I’ve had tinnitus for 16yrs… I’ve used this twice a day for a week and I’m sorry but there has been NO CHANGE… I was sooo hopeful.. won’t give you a 1… package came promptly and will continue to use, hopeful for a reduction in tinnitus

I have had "Ringing-in-the-Ear 4 afew yearz, seeing yer t.v. advertisement made a believer outta me but my daughter-when I told her about yer product, she said:[ OH NO, MOM U HAVE SUCKE written all over yer 4head & U know they're take'n yer money like the otherz WELL. believe it or NOT - she was 150% CORRECT - cas it NEVER-ever worked - SO UNFAIR & DISHONEST!!!
