Excellent product
Heaters installed in rear seats (cushion & backrest) of Subaru Forester XT 2014 (it has factory heated front seats). Installation was straight forward, following product instructions, some youtube visual guidance as well as the car service manual guidance on disassembling/assembling the trim and seats . The only issue - had to extend (about 50cm) the wires to knobs to allow installing the knobs on the back of center console. Wires to heaters were of just sufficient length. I do admit I like how it looks and the two knobs integrate well into the overall picture. Heaters are powerful, flexible regulation of the power in 7 steps with light indication. Awaiting now for winter time for more experience...

Excellent, just what I needed for winter time
I installed these myself in a Volvo c30. I used youtube video to guide me on the installation of this product and I was lucky enough that there were also videos online showing how to remove the leather seat skins from my Volvo c30.The finished installation looks excellent, the control dials for the seats look like a factory button, I mounted them behind the waterfall dash. The seats heat up fast, within 3-4 mins they are toasty. If I put them on one of the three lower settings they remain on continuously, if I put them on a higher setting they get warmer and eventually will turn off for a few minutes, this is a safety feature which is great. If it's frosty outside I'll crank them right up to the max, most of the time I've had them the temperature has been around 3 degrees so I find having them on the 3rd setting where they stay on constantly is ideal.I highly recommend these and would advise you to fit them yourself and save money. Just follow videos online and pause the video at each step of the way and you'll get there. Disconnect your battery before beginning so as not to trigger any airbag warning lights. With a wrench unbolt your seats from the car, usually between 4-6 bolts holding each seat in place.Take the seat indoors, turn it upside down and remove the seat cover enough to get the heated pads in place. Then reinstall the seat covers & bolt the seat back in the car.Next simply lift the plastic center console and/or carpet and put the wiring down there and that will keep it all out of sight.Drill two 20mm holes in plastic wherever you want the dials/buttons to be, at 20mm the holes will be slightly too small for the dials/buttons to pop in. Take a piece of sandpaper, wrap it around your finger and use it to enlarge the drilled holes slightly. Do this until the dials/buttons will fit it nice and tight. All that's left to do is to connect the switches and seat fuses into your cars fuse box. Most cars have spare fuse spaces, even if your car does not have spare fuse slots there is a great piece of kit called 'add a fuse' (they're available on amazon), they work like a plug socket adaptor, they allow you to connect 2 fuses in 1 fuse slot safely and it will look very tidy.Rec connect your battery and that's you finished. The pads will heat your bum and the back of your thighs as well as from your lower to mid back up to around the base of your shoulder blades.Your car owners manual will show a diagram of your fuse box and the ratings of each slot, making it easy to know where is best to connect your seat fuses. If you don't have an owners manual just google your car manual, it will be available online for free. You don't need any special tools and the wiring is straight forward. All of my wiring was easy to hide under the center console & carpet. The only thing visible is the control dials on my dash. Looks great, works great & will add re sale value to your car. Well worth the 5 star review.

Not for the faint hearted!
An excellent kit, very complete with good instructions. Having fitted original parts in previous jobs this one is up to the mark. Inevitably you will need to cut the elements to allow trim rods and clips to be fitted and you will need to remove and replace the covers from the seats which can be a bit daunting the first time. But if you know what you are doing and have a clear run at it this kit will not disappoint. Mercedes original parts for the same job (rear heated seats) will set you back the best part of £1000 excluding fitting so it's worth the effort!

Great product.
Definitely love this product, took me a few hrs to get it done as I had no clue in how to do it but with a help with a friends as this is a two men job, we go there and got everything in place and ready for to use this winter. Would recommend to have more people to do it. The car I fitting in is a peugeot 308 2015l4 model and I can say that the seat were tricky but once hit was done then everything else was easy.

It's working nicely.
I don't have particular observations. I think that for the price you can't ask for more. They are still working after weeks and nicely too.

Excellent kit - works really well!
The kit is excellent. The heater mesh pads are very well made with good stitching and very strong adhesive (be careful and peel the backing paper off as you apply the pad to the chair - this will save sticking it in the wrong place - I'm glad I heeded the warnings from other users). The harnesses are very well made too with good connectors in all the right locations to help with installation. The control box is compact and easy to hide away with zip ties included to help with this and securing the harness. The control knobs are exactly as shown in the picture - small, quite understated but tactile.I was careful to install the pads as close as possible to the surface of the leather seat covers to help increase the speed at which the seat heats up to temperature. As some other reviews mention, setting 3 or 4 seems to keep the pad on all the time and not get too hot to activate the thermal cutout/regulator.These certainly warm up the cold leather seats in my 28-year-old MKI Eunos Roadster!Definitely recommended!
