Good replacement for previous adult incontinence.
Previously wore Willow undergarments and they discontinued them. I tried numerous other adult diaper type things and these are the only ones that don’t feel like pampers they aren’t crunchy they’re comfortable and I can take a liner out of the crotch area numerous times a day and not destroyed the under garments.

Pricey but worth it, I guess. I'm on a fixed income and these are GREAT.
The best adult diapers. The leg portion fits very good with no rubbing, no leaking and they feel like real underwear. If I need extra support, I just add a small pad and it's find. I wish they were not so expensive, but the retailers and others don't care and keep hiking up the price of the good merchandise.

Great for heavy periods!
Goodbye pads and tampons! I got these for my period, which is heavy for 2-3 days. I usually go through so many tampons a day, even if they're super. I saw some ladies on social media say they started using these for their periods so I wanted to give it a chance. I did feel silly when these arrived last month. But last night my period came a little early in my sleep, and it was SUCH a relief to change into these in the middle of the night instead doubling a tampon and pad and dealing with all the waste from the packaging. I pulled these on and went back to sleep so fast! Don't have shame, ladies! These feel SO comfortable! Its not bulky, it doesn't make any sound. It's not much different than wearing underwear with an overnight pad. But it's way more absorbent and no worries about leaking through your heavy flow. On lighter days, I plan to just use a liner. A++++ product.

Best Buy!!
I have major bladder control issues. I’ve been wearing pull ups through my forties. I feel like these are the most comparable to underwear. They absorb really well and there is no ripping of the pull up and no smell of urine. I definitely recommend these!

Wife says feels like regular underwear without the anxiety
I'm the wife typing this- Out of all brands I've tried, I recommended this one the most hands down. I'm not saying it's 100% leak-proof, but they are sturdy and can withstand an emergency for sure. Out of all brands I've tried (must have tried at least 5 or 6 brands now) this is where I plant my feet because when I wear these the texture doesn't affect my skin poorly, I can forget I'm wearing them, they absorb a lot but honestly the dry technology suuuuper works to keep odor from forming. It keeps me from that weary in-between feeling where I don't want to keep wearing a pair for hygiene but don't find changing it right away to be the most efficient due to things like cost and feeling as though they aren't fulfilling their purpose in daily coverage. If done right a pair of these or two can last a whole day with how incontinence is for me on average (count myself lucky) a luxury I haven't had with any other brand. The regular depends just doesn't do the same for me. Gotta go a few extra dollars and get the kind that's gonna make you feel like a worthwhile being, personally. Good shipping speed, worth every dollar, dependable, comfy, and they finally tweaked it to where the material isn't so thick that it gives me planetary waste guilt. Hoorah!!

No leaks means restored dignity
These are the only adult diapers that don’t leak. You can find cheaper ones, but they have a hidden cost of needing to change all the bedding when they leak. Silhouettes brand are almost a $1 each but they save in laundry, bed pads, and extra time spent cleaning up leakage off your loved one’s body and bed. Not to mention it saves the person’s skin from too many extra baths in a day. And it saves their body from moving a person around so much to bathe them multiple times or change their clothes and bed several times a day. That really tires out an elderly/sick person’s body. Plus there’s the extra risk of slipping and falling. Silhouettes are also softer on elderly skin which saves the person from getting sores or infections from stiff/scratchy diapers. In my opinion the biggest benefit of Silhouettes is restored DIGNITY. They give your loved one more dignity because they look like underwear instead of bulky diapers. And because they don’t leak, they make my mother feel more dignified and less depressed. If you’re caring for an elderly or ill person, you know the shame and depression they can feel when they think they are responsible for causing a big smelly mess in their bed/chair. No leaks means less work for caregivers AND restored dignity for someone who could feel like a burden or feel ashamed when an accident makes a big mess. Sometimes loved ones can feel drained in their spirits when they can’t control their bodily functions. Sometimes with leaky diapers an old person or sick person might try to hold it in to avoid making a mess. This can cause them pain and also low self esteem. The end of a person’s life shouldn’t be spent worrying about these avoidable problems. If other brands made better diapers, nobody’s loved one would feel shame, humiliation, or depression from leaks. Depends Silhouettes are the only brand we found that fits well on a person between sizes L/XL. A good fit prevents leaks and gives my mother reassurance, peace of mind, and dignity. To me it’s worth a lot to spend more time talking together and much MUCH less time cleaning up messes.

These are amazing for postpartum. I used them after a c-section and they were perfect. I especially liked that they were high waisted enough to not irritate my incision at all.

Bought these for our upcoming second baby. Used them with our my first and they were a life saver. TMI - they really do hold a full pee! Never leaked through them once. Super easy to slip on and then toss away. So much more comfortable than wearing a pad or panty liner. Also not super bulky under a tight pair of leggings! I recommend to every expecting mama

This is a must have from the minute your water breaks. For my second baby I had ordered these and they are fantastic for your water breaking and postpartum. I found it much easier and comfier to wear these vs a pad in normal underwear. They fit well and are comfortable and supportive. I am also so impressed with their absorbency. If you are expecting make sure to have these for your recovery you won't regret it.

These are the nearest thing to the late lamented Active Depend knickers and will serve very well as a substitute at long last, especially now that certain well-known British brands have redesigned or changed manufacture so that they are prettier but no longer do what you need them for. Depend has always served its pupose and two newer versions are now my preferred day wear, and I very much hope Amazon will continue to allow us to order them from America. This design does not have the giveaway ruching common to so many nappy knickers, but a soft, smooth fabric which is very comfortable, sleek and discreet so that you can feel almost as if you are wearing ordinary knickers. The pad is long enough, but not unduly bulky-feeling, the leg openings are well-fitted for security against leaks but not irritating (you don't always get both). I have tested these the hard way, and they do the job just fine. I highly recommend Depend as a brand and this new addition to the range is very welcome.
