HICKIES No Tie Shoelaces – Elastic, Waterproof, Unisex Shoelaces for Adults, One Size Fits All for Sneakers & Running Shoes

If you're anything like me you, your holding a baby, a toddler, a nappy bag, a hand bag and keys all at once when you realise you've forgotten to put your shoes on. For this reason I tend to opt for the slip on shoe but I found some trainers I had to have and needed a solution that would let me slip them on but still stay secure. Enter the Hickies, which came highly recommended by my dad who runs marathons for fun, and boom! Trainers are back on the menu. There are lots of different ways to tie them so that they fit just right for you. Great little product.

Fabulous product - I wish I had found them before now. They took a couple of tries to fit them best for my feet but once done they are awesome. My feet slip in and pull out wihtout any problems and they stayed on perfectly for a very active punching, kicking, jumping and running workout I did yesterday. They actually make my trainers fit better around my feet than the laces did, giving me more comfort. I'm over the moon - Thank you Hickies and Amazon.

I liked the idea of these but think that perhaps my instep is too high as they push into my foot.

These are absolutely fantastic! I bought these as I struggle with laces due to Hypermobility. These have completely ended my struggles! They were easy to put into my trainers and now I can just slip them on and off. They have plenty of movement in them so my shoes don't feel too restrictive. Highly recommend and will be getting a few more sets!!

Great alternative to conventional laces. Strong, elastic & easy to apply. Could consider having more of a variation in lengths & colours, for different shoes or shoe sizes.

I use these in my trainers. They ‘work’ really well and add a nice bit of colour to the white trainers.

After all the 5 star reviews I figured this would be a perfect solution to my laces coming undone at the gym! I have relatively narrow feet so there shouldn’t be an issue...however after 30 minutes my left food had gone so numb I ended up removing the laces and having to do my workout with a really loose trainer. The idea is great, the product however is just an expensive waste of time and money.

I’ve bought quite a few of these for various members of the family but they are particularly useful for my son who has ASD and consequently isn’t great with laces. He had these in his trainers for school sports. They can be quite tight but fortunately there are a number of different ways to tie use then. There are instructions or YouTube videos to help.

It lasts long, has tighten options and stays in place without any discomfort

People who claim these don't fit wide feet or are too loose clearly have not read the included instruction booklet. There are many different ways to lace these throughout your shoe to achieve the fit you need. The booklet even indicates that you might need to mix and match lacing styles to find your ideal fit. I was very skeptical about this product before I tried it, and ended up purchasing one pair. Now I'm obsessed and I plan to buy them in tons more colours to fit into all of my shoes. Sure, you may have to spend a few minutes working on figuring out to how to lace them ideally at first, but once they're in, you never need to meddle with them again. They are completely secure but are also reusable and can be removed without damaging the product or your shoes. Don't be lazy. Read the instructions and take the time to practice closing the loop for just a second before inserting into shoes, and you'll have them laced and ready to go in no time. It took me all of 5 minutes and no, I don't have especially thin or nimble fingers or anything. Give them a chance. You will love the clean look and ease of getting into and out of your shoes. I'm an athlete and plan to use these in my running shoes as well as my casual sneakers. So glad to have discovered this product.

I actually purchased these for my mum as she has bad arthritis in her fingers and was after something that she could use easily use. Soon realised that they wouldn't be appropriate for mum, so I put them on my joggers. I had been suffering with foot cramps for over a year and after a couple months of having these on my shoes I realised that my foot wasn't cramping. I used to tie my laces very tight and I think that these laces are great for holding your foot in the shoe without the pressure of normal shoe laces. I'm not saying that these laces will cure foot cramps, but if you tie your laces tight on your foot these may help.

Gute Qualität

Bought these for my mother-in-law who has really bad arthritis in her hands and feet. She also wears leg braces that go into her sneakers due to the arthritis. I was concerned about her tripping on an untied shoelace and how tight she was able to tie them in the first place. She loves these! I was able to get them tight enough that her feet don't move around in her shoes and yet she's able to manipulate the tongue of the shoe and get her feet into her shoes with the braces. They're absolutely perfect. So easy to use, very cute too.
