I do wish the wheel had a slightly greater convex curve to allow for easier left and right turns, but it still performs well in that aspect. Highly recommend using an exercise mat or need pads when doing this on a hard surface. Also if you're as uncoordinated as I am a helmet will do you good! Pretty sturdy construction held my weight up (270lbs) and didn't give out on me like a chair at a little kids birthday party. Super easy to put together and the same size as any ab wheel. Great price point is what drew me to this, now it looks great in my gym along with the cob webs and dusty weight bench.
