I'm deeply disappointed. I've had repeated allergic reactions to this item and, after a careful process of elimination, it's clear that this specific object is the cause. My only major allergies are cigarette smoke and CATS. This item didn’t smell of cigarettes, however, my allergic reaction to this pillow is identical to the reaction I get when I am exposed to cats. (I even react to cat owners’ clothing if I am in close proximity for several minutes.) All this to say, I am guessing the Hugget Knot Pillow I received was a return to Amazon by a cat owner, and then resold to me as “new.” I'm not allergic to Melofoam. I own several Bearaby products made from Melofoam, all bought directly from Bearaby, and I've never had any issues with those. I own one of the organic cotton weighted blankets from when the brand first launched years ago, as well as a weighted clay eye mask. I didn’t wash those items before use (even though I should have), and have never had an allergic type reaction. Unfortunately, I bought this item from Amazon, removed the tags, and discarded the packaging, so I can't return it. Since it can only be spot cleaned, I can't effectively remove the allergens. To avoid this problem, I recommend buying directly from Bearaby, not through Amazon.

I am loving both my medium and Large Hugget. Both sizes are great to help relieve stress, and the large one is also perfect to sleep with (along with my Cotton Napper). I am a side sleeper, and like to have something to hold and squeeze during the night, so the Hugget is absolutely perfect for me! The gentle weight feels great when resting on my chest, and I also use it when watching TV, or even on car rides when I don't have my Napper on hand as it really helps me to feel calm.

I've been sleeping with this pillow for a minute. I can honestly say great things has happened to my sleep thanks to this knot pillow. I used to wake up with neck pain and since I started using this pillow, I haven't had any problems at all. This cotton and rubber pillow conforms to my head and neck perfectly and it keeps me cool all night long. I love the way the pillow feels against my skin and I love the way it supports my head and neck. It's so comfortable and supportive, it helps me sleep better than before. This pillow is cool and breathable, it doesn't trap heat. I don't get hot or sweaty when I sleep with this pillow. One of the things I love most about this pillow is its versatility. I can use it in any position, and it always seems to mold itself to my body perfectly. I've also found that it's great for relieving stress. I can just hug it or squeeze it, and it instantly makes me feel better. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and supportive pillow that will help them sleep better.

Bearaby Hand-Knotted Melofoam Pillow Ball - Relieve Stress with Oeko-TEX Certified Organic and Gently Weighted Material - Handcrafted from Natural Rubber Foam (Asteriod Grey, Large) I've been wanting a knot pillow and I love this one. The grey color and large size are perfect as well. It makes me happy just looking at it, because it's super cute and cuddly. Plus, it's therapeutic and stress-relieving because of weight (3lbs), sensory stimulation from texture (like a fidget ball), and the airy foam. I like that it's made of organic cotton and natural/plant-based foam (fully biodegradable). Each individual strand is soft, but the ball is very strong/durable, and it seems like it will last a long time. It came in a nice dustbag also. It's the perfect couch cushion and decor. I only wish there were additional colors available, because I would love to get one in brown too.

The pillow is in a weave ball pattern – similar to what you will see with paracord weaving and foot sacks – and made of a dense gel foam that is enclosed in a smooth, cool material. From a tactical point of view this is a calming pillow, good weight, very little yield. What I found more useful was that based on its shape it can be placed and wedged. This meant I was able to use it to stabilize a wrist that is sore from computer use and driving. I was also able to use it to anchor my wandering arm so that I didn’t find it wedge under me while I slept.
